Board of Health · Meeting of June 11, 2026

Stoughton Board of Health extended two permit applications to its next meeting without objection. Registered Sanitarian Lawrence Perry reported that the sewer-connection project for Blue Hills Health & Rehab's food permit at 1044 Park Street remained incomplete; the extension would allow completion of the work. The board also extended Kelley's Mobile Home Park license at 1156 Park Street pending owner communications from the town.

Board members discussed potential updates to health regulations, including a streamlined approval process for residential chicken-raising operating "by right" rather than requiring a Zoning Board of Appeals special permit.
