Stoughton CPC approves special conditions for five capital projects. The Community Center exterior renovation, backed by an 89-11 special town meeting vote and a $1 million federal grant, targets a June 13 opening; Program Administrator Barry Kassler is coordinating a required historic preservation restriction with Town Counsel. The committee also approved conditions for projects at 810 Washington Street, the Housing Authority, Kolz Field, and Hebrew SeniorLife.
All 10 CPA-recommended articles advance to Finance Committee review on March 19.
