STOUGHTON — Energy & Sustainability Committee prepares for April 9 town meeting on Specialized Energy Code. Chair David Billo reported receiving slides from regional Green Communities Coordinator Lisa Sullivan and said he would send reminder emails to town meeting members. Member Nathan Cleveland will prepare questions for attendees, and Molly Cochran confirmed SMAC would film the session.
The Committee also discussed the DOER Decarbonization Roadmap, expected completion in May or June, with consultant ICF modeling municipal building data to identify emissions sources and develop a multi-year action plan requiring adoption by both the Select Board and School Committee.
