STOUGHTON — Finance Committee advances three articles for March 2 special town meeting. The committee unanimously recommended dissolution of the Stoughton VNA Public Health Enterprise Account, which has operated at a deficit for years, with Town Manager Mr. Calter explaining that nursing services will continue under Fire Chief oversight with a negotiated Mobile Integrated Health Service agreement with Boston Medical South.

The committee also unanimously backed a $3.35 million transfer from the high school project to reduce borrowing for the South Elementary School project and approved $985,000 in Community Preservation Committee funds for exterior work at the Community Center, with that vote passing 9 yes to 1 no.
