STOUGHTON — Intergovernmental Committee votes unanimously to recommend six articles for May 4 town meetings. The panel, chaired by Frank Lyons, advanced four Annual Town Meeting articles without opposition: road funding and contracting, federal and state grant applications, the Community Preservation Committee's FY 2027 budget, and new low-income housing development, the latter presented by Stoughton Housing Authority Chair Barry Crimmins and Executive Director Colleen Doherty. One Special Town Meeting article on Park and Turnpike Street Intersection final design also drew unanimous support.
All motions recorded 7 yes votes, 0 no votes.
