The board voted 5-0 on a revised site plan for a 1,200-square-foot Subway at 345 Washington Street, with Town Planner William Roth recommending approval. The board also heard a presentation from Berkeley Investments for reusing the former Sinai Hospital site with approximately 330 residential units and 12 acres donated to the town.
