STOUGHTON — Planning Board continues two major Washington Street applications. Chair Daniel Kelly and all five voting members voted unanimously to continue two site plan reviews to June 11: Madarshi, LLC, doing business as Subway, is renovating 1,200 square feet at 345 Washington Street for a 14-seat fast food restaurant, with outstanding work on handicapped parking and dumpster enclosure; Exterior Scape Services is proposing a 9,745 square foot office and storage building at 1823 Washington Street with a digital message sign permit request, pending color selection for retaining walls and containers plus signage code compliance. Town Planner William D.

Roth also raised the cost and burden of certified mail notification to abutters and will bring a motion to shift to regular mail for board discussion in June.
