STOUGHTON — The Select Board convened briefly on March 5 to address litigation strategy concerning Stoughton Media Access Corp. Chair Stephen M. Cavey, Vice Chair Debra Roberts, and members Joseph M.
Mokrisky and Louis Gitto were present; Scott Carrara was absent. The Board voted 4-0 to enter executive session under Open Meeting Law Chapter 30A Section 21(a)(3) to discuss negotiating strategy, with no open session business conducted. The meeting adjourned at 7:37 p.m. after a 2-minute open session.
