Stoughton Select Board closes warrant for March 2 Special Town Meeting with three articles approved unanimously. The articles propose dissolution of the Visiting Nurse Association Enterprise Fund effective July 1, 2026, with nursing staff reduced from six to three nurses and zero projected administrative costs, plus capital funding for South Elementary Building and a proposed Senior Center expansion. The Board also unanimously approved a response to an Open Meeting Law complaint filed December 23, 2025 by Patrick Higgins and authorized Town Counsel to make clerical edits to warrant language.
