Stoughton Redevelopment Authority approves $250,000 investment transfer from Perry Street sale proceeds. Chair Roberta Harback, Vice Chair Peter Buckley, CPC Representative Robert Desmond, and Treasurer Rachel Lazerus voted unanimously to place $250,000 in a 50/50 portfolio with Bartholomew Investments, $100,000 in a six-month certificate of deposit, and approximately $31,000 into a Pearl Street account following a one-month waiting period. Sue Kelly of Bartholomew presented year-to-date portfolio performance of $362,956.69 with a 5.56 percent gain since July, beating the 5 percent benchmark.
The board also voted unanimously to reorganize at its next meeting and approved a three-year Directors and Officers Insurance contract for $7,722.00.
