Stoughton Redevelopment Authority approves $5,022.50 in legal fees for ongoing Win Waste and Conroy Development landfill disputes. Chair Roberta Harback, CPC Representative Robert Desmond, and Treasurer Rachel Lazerus voted unanimously to pay invoices 2740 and 2798, with the Board of Health expected to rule by month end on whether Win Waste's requested household waste handling constitutes a minor or major modification. The Authority also unanimously approved a new community outreach policy allocating up to $3,000 annually in grants to nonprofits in the downtown area.
