STOUGHTON — The Stoughton Select Board tabled financial policy revisions for a second time due to member absences and continued a Class II license hearing to November 10. Only three of five members, Chair Joseph Mokrisky, member Scott Carrara and member Lori Jacques, were present; Jacques addressed a citizen recall effort targeting three board members, saying she is "troubled by the possibility that constituents were misled in signing these petitions."
